About the Role:
Are you an experienced Plant Engineer seeking a new opportunity in Reading? Join a reputable construction plant hire company offering excellent benefits, career growth, and a Monday-to-Friday schedule without weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain construction plant equipment to a high standard.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on small tools, saws, generators, pumps, diggers, excavators, rollers, telehandlers, forklifts, and other plant equipment.
- Attend site visits, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety protocols.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Plant Engineer, Plant Fitter, Mobile Plant Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar role.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification in Plant Maintenance (preferred, but not essential).
- Proactive, safety-conscious attitude and excellent fault-finding skills.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Salary up to 35,000 per annum.
