About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced plasterer/tiler to join our busy Housing Operations Responsive Repairs team in Stirling. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform plastering and tiling work for residential properties.
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures in all work environments.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks.
- Work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines effectively.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in plastering and tiling.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Valid driving license (in some cases).
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (increasing to 35 after 5 years).
