About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Visits Centre Assistant to support our play-focused initiatives. This role will involve engaging with visitors and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist visitors with inquiries and information related to our play activities.
- Provide a high level of customer service to all visitors.
- Organize and maintain play areas and resources.
- Assist in event planning and execution related to play activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting of visitor engagement.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with children or families in a play-related environment (desirable).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of child development principles (desirable).
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
