About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.
- Mark student work, assessing understanding and providing targeted support.
- Teach consistently throughout extended placements, covering maternity leave or other absences.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
- Proven ability to plan, mark, and teach effectively, especially in extended placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students and parents.
- Strong understanding of relevant UK primary curriculum.
- Driving license (preferred for varied school locations).
- Positive attitude and passion for teaching.
