About the Role:

This exciting opportunity within our growing procurement department offers a unique chance to provide expert procurement and commercial advice to colleagues across the organisation. Were looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to play a vital role in delivering the business’s needs with a focus on risk management and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide procurement and commercial advice to colleagues.
  • Manage the entire procurement process.
  • Deliver strategic and impactful contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of procurement legislation and contract conditions.
  • Support and inspire team members.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Significant end-to-end procurement experience (Operational and Civil Engineering, Corporate Services, IT, or Digital Project Delivery).
  • Proven ability to manage contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement legislation and various contract types.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • CIPS qualification (or pursuing).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
