About the Role:
Join Honeywell’s Integrated Program Team (IPT) as a Program Control Specialist to analyze programs, enhance processes, and provide data-driven insights. You’ll be a key partner in developing program plans, WBS, and leveraging data for strategic decision-making. This role also involves resource/budget assignment and earned value method application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure program performance.
- Prepare and publish program metrics and reports.
- Maintain and track program milestones.
- Track budget and program financial data.
- Analyse cost schedule integration.
- Recommend corrective actions.
- Improve program processes.
Skills and Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- 1+ years of Project/Business Management experience.
- Experience as a Business Analyst, including Earned Value Management.
- Clear communication skills to convey complex messages effectively.
- SAP system experience.
- Experience in financial data compilation, analysis, and metrics management.
- Microsoft Project experience.
