About the Role:
Murray Recruitment are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Administrator to join our client’s expanding projects team. This role will provide vital support to Project Managers, from project installation to commissioning, ensuring seamless coordination and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new projects on the project management system and collate necessary documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive work packs for engineers, including drawings, equipment lists, and relevant documents.
- Raise orders for equipment, materials, and plant.
- Schedule deliveries.
- Liaise with customers to plan works.
- Book travel and accommodation.
- Compile and submit RAMs, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the projects division, ensuring well-coordinated and documented activities.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience in project administration, ideally in a similar role.
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Hours: Monday to Thursday 08.00 -16.30, Friday 08.00 -15.45 with 30mins break
- Initially full-time office-based position in Hillington during training period.
- After three months, hybrid working from home available, 3 days office, 2 days home.
