About the Role:
A specialist property company in Blackburn is recruiting a Property Administrator for a permanent, full-time role. This position will support management with all administrative duties, acting as the primary point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support management with administrative tasks, including logging and handling calls.
- File, scan, and generate reports.
- Obtain necessary documentation.
- Liaise with departments and colleagues, providing updates on developments.
- Perform helpdesk functions, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Input information, manage customer inquiries, arrange repairs, and check invoices.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, ambitious, hardworking, and flexible.
- Teamwork skills and confidence interacting with office and field staff.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
