About the Role:

Shepherd Neame seeks a proactive and organized Property Assistant to support the Director of Property Services and wider team in delivering property projects across a portfolio of historic pubs and hotels. This role offers the chance to contribute to significant initiatives and gain valuable experience in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project and administrative support for capital investment across 300 historic pubs and hotels.
  • Handle project inquiries and manage project files/documents.
  • Process orders and manage project team appointments.
  • Respond to project team inquiries.
  • Plan and coordinate project diaries.
  • Administer information flow to key stakeholders and document project meetings.
  • Maintain project health and safety documentation.
  • Provide support to the wider property team as needed.
  • Provide holiday/sickness cover support for the property helpdesk if required.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective teamwork and adaptability.
  • High-quality customer service skills.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Property management experience (desirable).
  • Knowledge of CAFM systems and statutory compliance (desirable).
