About the Role:
Shepherd Neame seeks a proactive and organized Property Assistant to support the Director of Property Services and wider team in delivering property projects across a portfolio of historic pubs and hotels. This role offers the chance to contribute to significant initiatives and gain valuable experience in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project and administrative support for capital investment across 300 historic pubs and hotels.
- Handle project inquiries and manage project files/documents.
- Process orders and manage project team appointments.
- Respond to project team inquiries.
- Plan and coordinate project diaries.
- Administer information flow to key stakeholders and document project meetings.
- Maintain project health and safety documentation.
- Provide support to the wider property team as needed.
- Provide holiday/sickness cover support for the property helpdesk if required.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective teamwork and adaptability.
- High-quality customer service skills.
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Property management experience (desirable).
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and statutory compliance (desirable).
