About the Role:
Join Care UK, an award-winning care provider, as a Receptionist to provide a warm welcome to visitors and support the smooth running of the care home. This role is vital in promoting resident well-being and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, efficient, and professional welcome to visitors.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with courtesy and promptness.
- Ensure accurate visitor registration and appropriate direction to their destination.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues.
- Assist with general office duties, including payroll, and recruitment & selection.
Skills and Expertise:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
