About the Role:
Join Care UK, an award-winning care provider, as a Receptionist and Administrator. This role is a vital part of our team, welcoming visitors and supporting the smooth operation of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to visitors in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner.
- Greet visitors with a courteous telephone manner and respond promptly to email enquiries.
- Ensure visitor books are completed correctly and visitors are supported and directed promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors and colleagues.
- Support with general office duties, including payroll, and recruitment & selection.
Skills and Expertise:
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
