About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Inner Northwest Divisions. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience, and will involve welcoming patients, carers, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients, carers, staff, and visitors.
- Signpost individuals to relevant departments.
- Book appointments efficiently and appropriately based on urgency.
- Ensure patients are treated with respect and dignity.
- Handle personal information with tact and diplomacy.
Skills and Expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred).
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of NHS procedures (preferred).
