About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Manage classroom routines and ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment for pupils.
- Assess student progress and provide individualized support.
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support student success.
Skills and Expertise:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with Reception-aged children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant educational methodologies.
