About the Role:
As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. You’ll handle administrative tasks, supporting the smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors, providing necessary information or guidance.
- Answer and transfer phone calls efficiently, taking messages accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper distribution.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, coordinating meeting rooms.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping accurately and confidentially.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication within the office.
Skills and Expertise:
- Professional demeanour and appearance
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and stay organised
- Proficiency in office equipment (phone systems, copiers)
