About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Maidstone, Kent. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and residents.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks.
- Support the Home Administrator in the smooth operation of the home.
- Utilize IT systems to efficiently manage tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in IT systems and applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with confidential data handling.
