About the Role:
As a Front of House Team Member at the Royal Horseguards, a prestigious 5-star London hotel, you’ll provide exceptional guest service from arrival to departure. Your warm welcome and proactive approach will ensure a personalized experience for every guest. You will be responsible for check-in and check-out procedures, while also anticipating guest needs and resolving queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests at the reception desk.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures using Opera software (or similar).
- Proactively solve guest queries and concerns.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in busy periods.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet customer service targets.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS (preferred).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for hospitality and a desire for career progression.
