About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to manage combined receptionist, property assistant, and secretary duties in our busy Town Centre Legal Practice. This varied role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephones, dealing with enquiries, and distributing mail.
  • Indexing Wills and Title deeds, closing files, and performing general office duties.
  • Assisting the Property Manager with estate agency tasks including managing social media portals, arranging viewings, providing client feedback, updating the company website, generating virtual tours, and managing emails.
  • Providing secretarial support to partners, initially covering maternity leave and ongoing holiday cover, including audio typing.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience with property administration or estate agency is preferred.
  • Experience with audio typing is an advantage.
