About the Role:

Our reception team is looking for a highly organized and friendly individual to provide excellent customer service in a busy office environment. This role will assist visitors, answer phone calls, and manage office operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, directing them appropriately.
  • Answer and screen phone calls, taking accurate messages and routing calls.
  • Manage and maintain office correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide general support to staff members.
