About the Role:

As a Recovery Theatre Practitioner Nurse, you’ll be a key member of our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital, delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to support junior staff and work effectively with other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a close-knit multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with leading consultants and respected professionals.
  • Manage a varied caseload utilizing state-of-the-art facilities.
  • Supervise and develop junior staff members.
  • Ensure high-quality patient experiences and clinically effective care.
  • Maintain seamless patient care continuity with ward colleagues.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Registration with the appropriate governing body (e.g., NMC or HCPC).
  • Relevant post-registration experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
