About the Role:
As a Recovery Theatre Practitioner Nurse, you’ll be a key member of our multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital, delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to support junior staff and work effectively with other colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a close-knit multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with leading consultants and respected professionals.
- Manage a varied caseload utilizing state-of-the-art facilities.
- Supervise and develop junior staff members.
- Ensure high-quality patient experiences and clinically effective care.
- Maintain seamless patient care continuity with ward colleagues.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registration with the appropriate governing body (e.g., NMC or HCPC).
- Relevant post-registration experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
