Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertising, candidate attraction, and compliance.
  • Proactively engage with key stakeholders to meet recruitment and compliance needs.
  • Deliver daily recruitment tasks while adhering to KCSIE guidelines.
  • Prioritize and manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promote equity in education through recruitment activities.
