About the Role:

Helping Hands Home Care seeks a passionate Registered Care Manager to lead their Newport branch. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, and contributing to the branch’s profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care.
  • Maintain CQC/CIW compliance for the branch.
  • Recruit, train, and develop care staff.
  • Seek and secure new business opportunities.
  • Review and improve branch operations to meet customer needs.
  • Implement and communicate policies and procedures effectively.
  • Support branch staff and carers with training and development.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Level 5 NVQ in Management in care (or willingness to achieve)
  • Knowledge of CQC/CIW regulations and best practice
  • Experience in care management
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
