About the Role:
Helping Hands Home Care seeks a passionate Registered Care Manager to lead their Newport branch. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, and contributing to the branch’s profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care.
- Maintain CQC/CIW compliance for the branch.
- Recruit, train, and develop care staff.
- Seek and secure new business opportunities.
- Review and improve branch operations to meet customer needs.
- Implement and communicate policies and procedures effectively.
- Support branch staff and carers with training and development.
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 5 NVQ in Management in care (or willingness to achieve)
- Knowledge of CQC/CIW regulations and best practice
- Experience in care management
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
