About the Role:
Helping Hands Home Care is seeking passionate Registered Care Managers to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role involves managing a branch and ensuring the highest standards of care for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage branch operations for efficiency, profitability, and exceptional care.
- Maintain CQC/CIW branch registration and compliance.
- Recruit and support carers, driving carer numbers and quality.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities.
- Regularly review branch operations to meet customer needs.
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively.
- Support branch staff with training and development.
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to obtain.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice (CQC/CIW).
- Experience in care sector management.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
