About the Role:

Helping Hands Home Care is seeking passionate Registered Care Managers to join our team in Oxfordshire. This role involves managing a branch and ensuring the highest standards of care for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch operations for efficiency, profitability, and exceptional care.
  • Maintain CQC/CIW branch registration and compliance.
  • Recruit and support carers, driving carer numbers and quality.
  • Develop and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Regularly review branch operations to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate and implement policies and procedures effectively.
  • Support branch staff with training and development.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Level 5 NVQ in Management in care or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice (CQC/CIW).
  • Experience in care sector management.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
