About the Role:
Lead the launch and growth of a new care branch in Esher, Surrey, ensuring high-quality care and profitability. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape a new service within a nationally recognised, purpose-driven brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch and growth of the new branch, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain CQC/CIW compliance for the branch.
- Develop, grow, and inspire a dedicated care team through recruitment and onboarding.
- Build strong community relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Support branch staff and carers with training and development to maintain exceptional service standards.
Skills and Expertise:
- Level 5 NVQ in Care Management (or willingness to achieve)
- Knowledge of CQC/CIW regulatory requirements and best practice
- Experience in care sector management
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Community focus
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
