About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding leadership for care staff.
- Support residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels.
- Deliver clinical nursing, including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures (e.g., wound care, catheter management).
- Ensure clinical excellence within the home.
- Develop tailored care plans to deliver excellence.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Experienced in clinical assessment tools (e.g., Waterlow, MUST).
- Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans.
