About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) to join our dedicated team at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Gwynedd. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constant monitoring and care for patients.
  • Safely prepare, check, and assemble equipment.
  • Adhere to the NMC professional Code of Conduct.
  • Write care plans, perform assessments, and make referrals.
  • Organize admissions and discharges.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Registered Nurse Qualification
  • 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
  • Quick-thinking abilities
  • Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Excellent attention to detail
