Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents.
- Coordinate care plans and liaise with GPs and other healthcare providers.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Participate in professional development and training.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting
- Experience within a care home or elderly care setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Organizational and time management skills
- Empathy and passion for making a difference to residents lives
