About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
- Coordinate resident care, liaising with GPs and other providers.
- Maintain and enhance clinical skills, including dementia care, medical emergencies, wound care, and more.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with residents and their families.
- Participate in a supportive and multi-disciplinary team.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting
- Experience within a care home or elderly setting (preferred)
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion and empathy for making a difference
