About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to residents, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
  • Coordinate resident care, liaising with GPs and other providers.
  • Maintain and enhance clinical skills, including dementia care, medical emergencies, wound care, and more.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with residents and their families.
  • Participate in a supportive and multi-disciplinary team.

Skills and Expertise:

  • NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
  • Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting
  • Experience within a care home or elderly setting (preferred)
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion and empathy for making a difference
