About the Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to work in a leading East Riding of Yorkshire hospital. Supporting patients with severe and enduring mental health conditions, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and complex behaviours, you will deliver exceptional person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care and interventions to patients, coordinating care with colleagues.
- Deliver high-quality, safe nursing care adhering to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) code.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centred care for both mental and physical needs.
- Supervise junior staff and students.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and accurate records.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC Pin
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
- Patient-centric approach and commitment to high-quality care
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility and a proactive “can-do” attitude
Job Facilities/Benefits:
