About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents.
- Mentor and supervise colleagues and students.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Adhere to NMC standards of practice.
- Recognize and report potential safeguarding concerns.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number.
- Proven experience in providing care in a care home environment (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
- Passion for mentoring and professional development.
