About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident care, including liaising with GPs and other providers.
  • Deliver high-quality care, encompassing dementia care, medical emergencies, wound care, and more.
  • Maintain and enhance clinical skills through ongoing training and learning opportunities.
  • Understand resident needs and preferences for a holistic approach to care.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.

Skills and Expertise:

  • NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
  • Post-registration experience in a similar setting.
  • Experience in care homes or elderly settings (preferred).
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Empathy and passion for making a difference.
