About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resident care, including liaising with GPs and other providers.
- Deliver high-quality care, encompassing dementia care, medical emergencies, wound care, and more.
- Maintain and enhance clinical skills through ongoing training and learning opportunities.
- Understand resident needs and preferences for a holistic approach to care.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
- Post-registration experience in a similar setting.
- Experience in care homes or elderly settings (preferred).
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Empathy and passion for making a difference.
