About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Coordinate care plans with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Liaise with GPs and other providers.
- Maintain and enhance clinical skills in areas like dementia care, wound care, and diabetes management.

- Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures.
Skills and Expertise:
- NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
- Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting.
- Experience in care homes or elderly care (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion and empathy for making a difference to residents’ lives.
