About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents.
  • Coordinate care plans with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Liaise with GPs and other providers.
  • Maintain and enhance clinical skills in areas like dementia care, wound care, and diabetes management.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities.
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and procedures.

Skills and Expertise:

  • NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
  • Demonstrable post-registration experience in a similar setting.
  • Experience in care homes or elderly care (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion and empathy for making a difference to residents’ lives.
