About the Role:
A small, dedicated nurse-led team in Scotland is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team specializing in travel health and wellbeing. This role provides an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment, with the chance to develop specialist skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide travel advice and vaccinations, including occupational health needs (training provided).
- Deliver ear wax removal and phlebotomy services (full training provided).
- Work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team, with occasional lone working.
- Undertake a range of clinical services tailored to client needs.
- Maintain and promote best practices, adhering to company standards and national guidelines (SIGN, NICE).
- Ensure all care is provided compassionately and holistically, in accordance with the NMC code of conduct.
- Stay up to date with CPD, continuously developing skills and qualifications.
- Perform skilled clinical procedures as required and contribute to the ongoing development of the clinic.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Nurse with at least 5 years experience.
- Reliable and motivated individual with a passion for compassionate care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and within a team.
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable to evolving client and clinic needs.
- Competent with IT and willing to learn new skills.
- Caring and enthusiastic.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Initiative and a proactive mindset.
