About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centered care to residents in a nurse-led environment.
- Develop and implement care plans, making complex decisions.
- Mentor and supervise colleagues, including student nurses.
- Ensure adherence to NMC standards of practice.
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and residents’ families.
- Actively participate in safeguarding measures and report concerns.
Skills and Expertise:
- Registered Nurse with a valid PIN.
- Strong understanding of NMC standards of practice.
- Proven ability to mentor and supervise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and policies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-professional team.
