About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Registered Nurse to support the manager and senior team members in all aspects of the home’s management and service provision. This role involves leading resident care assessments, planning, delivery, and evaluation, adhering to relevant legislation and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager and senior team members in home management and service provision.
  • Adhere to all relevant legislation, organizational policies, and codes of practice.
  • Lead the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of resident care to achieve high standards of care.
  • Lead clinical nursing work and staff management in the designated area of responsibility.
  • Maintain a positive care atmosphere based on MHA values and mutual respect.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Registered Nurse qualification.
  • UK active PIN.
  • Experience in resident care assessment, planning, and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and codes of practice.
  • Commitment to providing excellent care and wellbeing.
