Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate students effectively, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Develop engaging teaching strategies to raise student achievement.
- Contribute to the overall school life, collaborating with colleagues and actively participating in school events.
- Develop and implement development plans, monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Contribute to target setting and benchmarking.
- Commit to safeguarding children and young people.
Skills and Expertise:
- Successful teaching experience at Key Stages 3 and 4
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Strong knowledge of locally agreed syllabus requirements for Religious Education.
- Understanding of strategies for raising achievement.
- Commitment to equality and diversity.
- Experience in development planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
