Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver robust research programmes for business leaders, ensuring survey design follows best practices and integrates with the bank’s infrastructure.
- Produce high-quality analysis of survey data within the research programme.
- Develop user-friendly tools, automated reports, and dashboards from internal research studies for bank-wide use.
- Engage with external practitioners and research bodies to stay current with the latest market research techniques.
Skills and Expertise:
- Market research or customer insight experience (client-side or agency-side, or transferable skills).
- Project or research programme management experience in a technical or operational environment.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex data into understandable insights and conclusions for stakeholders.
- Experience translating business needs into system changes and requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Logical and pragmatic problem-solving approach.
