About the Role:

This role leads a team of resourcing advisors, ensuring high-quality resourcing services for UK recruitment and onboarding. The Resourcing Operations Manager will be instrumental in building team capability and improving hiring manager processes within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Resourcing Operations team, setting priorities, creating plans, and managing workload for UK recruitment and onboarding.
  • Develop and coach the team to build a center of excellence, improving hiring manager capability and ensuring updated guidance.
  • Manage team mailboxes and trackers, providing timely responses to stakeholders in accordance with SLAs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, escalating complaints to senior management as needed.
  • Analyze recruitment data to forecast workload and plan strategically.
  • Ensure compliance with Civil Service Commissions Recruitment Principles, Nationality Rules, and Right to Work legislation.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, collaborating with Strategic Resourcing Partners to enhance processes and empower hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including other Resourcing Hub teams, HR Business Partners, and Government Recruitment Service (GRS), to achieve shared objectives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of UK recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Civil Service regulations.
