About the Role:

Lead resuscitation training and clinical support at contracted sites. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on resuscitation best practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs in critical care, resuscitation, and first aid.
  • Act as a clinical member of the resuscitation team, facilitating evidenced-based care.
  • Provide professional advice on resuscitation attempts, policy development, and clinical governance.
  • Maintain and develop professional networks to promote resuscitation care and training.
  • Support and undertake in-situ simulations at client sites.
  • Support staff development and participate in company projects or research activities.
  • Undertake resuscitation officer and lead roles at client sites.
  • Provide clients with high-quality resuscitation training and education.
  • Escalate and raise the profile of resuscitation issues among clients.
  • Support client sites with resuscitation governance, SOP development, risk assessment, and expert advice.
  • Undertake specific projects related to resuscitation practice, course development, or company objectives.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Expert knowledge of resuscitation techniques and equipment.
  • Strong clinical leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in training and education.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant policies and guidelines.
