About the Role:
This permanent retail position offers a fantastic opportunity to join the Lakeland team in Oakham. Working 12 hours per week, you’ll be a key member of a passionate and supportive team, helping customers experience the joy of their exclusive product ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in the store, providing expert product knowledge and a positive shopping experience.
- Maintaining a welcoming and organised retail environment.
- Displaying and stocking products effectively.
- Promoting Lakeland products to drive sales.
- Managing customer queries and requests with excellent customer service.
Skills and Expertise:
- Exceptional customer service skills and enthusiasm.
- Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn about Lakeland products.
- Ability to create a positive retail experience for customers.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a desire to meet customer needs.
