About the Role:
Experienced Retail Merchandiser required for the Wirral area. This is a flexible, part-time position (approx. 4-6 hours per week) requiring an immediate start with ongoing opportunities. The position will involve point-of-sale (POS) merchandising in high street stores within a 10-mile radius of Wirral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit major high street stores for merchandising, audits, and POS placement.
- Drive sales by negotiating additional displays.
- Transport promotional materials to and from work.
- Build positive rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Utilize a phone or tablet to report on app-based metrics, provide quality photo documentation and feedback.
- Assist with stock movement and occasional lifting/moving during merchandising tasks.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Proficient in using mobile devices for reporting and photo documentation.
- Experience in point of sale (POS) merchandising.
- Driving license and own transport.
- Basic understanding of stock management principles.
