About the Role:
Manage a retail team in a new Dreams store in Christchurch, maximizing sales and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate team to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive store environment through team engagement and best practice sharing.
- Achieve store goals and targets through effective coaching and training.
- Motivate and inspire team members.
- Manage store rotas for optimal staffing.
- Maintain high store standards for a positive customer experience.
Skills and Expertise:
- Proven retail or commercial sales experience with strong store and team management skills.
- Commercially focused and results-driven, with strong decision-making abilities.
- Proven track record of working towards performance targets and team achievement.
- Inspirational leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong customer focus.
