About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager and Deputy Manager to maximize store success.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Uphold high store standards, ensuring available stock and a clean, tidy presentation.
- Promote responsible pet ownership.
- Lead and mentor your team to reach their full potential.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a focus on customer service and pet care.
- Leadership experience and mentoring skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with pets and people.
- High level of flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
