About the Role:
Savers is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead and motivate a retail team in Stockton-on-Tees. This role involves managing store operations, coaching team members, and achieving sales targets within a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff.
- Ensure smooth store operations adhering to company standards.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in managing stock levels and inventory control.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Coach and train retail staff to improve performance and skills.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Skills and Expertise:
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in coaching and motivating teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
