About the Role:
We are seeking a Reviewing Service Manager to provide an independent, high-quality service for children subject to child protection plans and looked-after children. This role is crucial to evaluating and ensuring the quality of child protection and looked-after children services, and to alert senior managers to successes and failures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and quality assure child protection and looked-after children services.
- Alert senior managers to service successes and failures.
- Lead a team of IRO’s and CP Chairs, contributing to their ongoing development.
- Work alongside the Slough Safeguarding Partnership to improve multi-agency input.
- Contribute to the evaluation and quality assurance in the delivery of child protection and looked after children services.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous experience as a manager supporting a team of IRO’s and CP Chairs.
- Social work experience within children’s services.
- Social Work degree.
- SWE Registered.
- Driving license and access to a car.
