About the Role:

Lead a nursing team in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Ensure effective supervision and staff development, and act as a key member in achieving patient outcomes. Take charge of a clinical area and manage communication with patients, relatives, and carers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership to a nursing team.
  • Ensure high-quality, individualized patient care.
  • Supervise and develop nursing staff.
  • Support patients in achieving planned outcomes.
  • Lead care assessment, implementation, and discharge processes.
  • Manage allocated resources efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain communication with patients, families, and carers.
  • Provide supervision and support to the nursing team.
  • Participate in clinical audit, risk management, and incident reporting.
  • Deputise for the manager as required.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Current NMC Pin registration (Registered Mental Health Nurse)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Proven ability to supervise and mentor staff
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures and protocols
  • Proficiency in resource management and allocation
