About the Role:
This role requires a passionate and skilled safeguarding practitioner to work within a supportive team environment to protect vulnerable individuals. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor individual needs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop and implement safeguarding plans to address concerns and promote safety.
- Document and report all incidents and concerns in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for individuals.
- Provide guidance and support to service users and their families.

- Proven experience in safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
