About the Role:

This role requires a passionate and skilled safeguarding practitioner to work within a supportive team environment to protect vulnerable individuals. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of those in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor individual needs to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Develop and implement safeguarding plans to address concerns and promote safety.
  • Document and report all incidents and concerns in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for individuals.
  • Provide guidance and support to service users and their families.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proven experience in safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Empathy and understanding for diverse needs.
