About the Role:
An innovative food manufacturing company seeks an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Deeside-based Sales team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual passionate about customer excellence and sales support in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, maintain, and update sales and customer stock reports.
- Manage customer visits, including scheduling meetings and greeting visitors.
- Populate reports, presentations, and tasting sheets as needed.
- Manage customer onboarding procedures, ensuring timely completion of new customer lines.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on stock levels.
- Complete internal administrative tasks, monitoring and updating critical paths, de-lists, and volumes.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in person.
- Conduct market research, including menu reviews and restaurant checks, to maintain product information.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in sales support or administration within production/manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
