About the Role:
The Perfume Shop seeks a passionate Sales Advisor to elevate the customer experience and drive sales in our Essex store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural talent for building rapport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and actively listen to their needs.
- Provide expert perfume advice and recommendations.
- Assist the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Offer each customer a free reward card to maximize future savings.
- Contribute to the daily operational efficiency of the store.
