About the Role:
The Perfume Shop is seeking a passionate and talented Sales Advisor to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in our Newport store. This role requires a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is an expert in perfume and skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service by actively listening to their needs.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on perfume and skincare products.
- Assist in achieving and exceeding store and team sales targets.
- Ensure every customer receives a free reward card to maximize future offers and savings.
- Support the daily operational needs of the store.
Skills and Expertise:
- Passion for perfume and skincare.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and achieve targets.
- Flexibility in work patterns.
Job Facilities/Benefits:
- Commission at Christmas based on store sales and hours worked.
- Regular work hours with rota provided at least 4 weeks in advance.
