About the Role:

Become a key member of a thriving renewable energy company in Bournemouth. Support the sales team, focusing on lead generation, quotes, and excellent customer service for cutting-edge renewable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new leads through various channels.
  • Nurture inbound leads and assess customer needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, including technical and regulatory details.
  • Provide ongoing sales team support, tracking lead status and communications.
  • Manage customer follow-up, resolve objections, and ensure no lead is lost.
  • Collaborate with installers and project managers for smooth project transitions.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing projects.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Previous sales support experience, ideally in renewables (solar, air source heat pumps).
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive and solution-driven approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Understanding of renewable energy concepts and customer journey (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
