About the Role:
Become a key member of a thriving renewable energy company in Bournemouth. Support the sales team, focusing on lead generation, quotes, and excellent customer service for cutting-edge renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new leads through various channels.
- Nurture inbound leads and assess customer needs.
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates, including technical and regulatory details.
- Provide ongoing sales team support, tracking lead status and communications.
- Manage customer follow-up, resolve objections, and ensure no lead is lost.
- Collaborate with installers and project managers for smooth project transitions.
- Contribute to sales and marketing projects.
Skills and Expertise:
- Previous sales support experience, ideally in renewables (solar, air source heat pumps).
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Understanding of renewable energy concepts and customer journey (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
